Job Position: Admin Manager (Hospitality)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing personnel, including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees.
  2. Collecting payments and maintaining records of budgets, funds, and expenses.
  3. Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive.
  4. Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
  5. Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
  6. Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

Salary
N70,000 monthly (Gross)
