Job Position: Invoicing / Admin Officer

Job Location: Palm Avenue, Mushin – Lagos

Job Description

  1. Handle Customers invoices and receipts and identify discrepancies.
  2. Create and update expense reports.
  3. Process reimbursement forms.
  4. Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
  5. Maintain digital and physical financial records
  6. Handle the administrative part of the office.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND qualification
  • 1 – 2 years work experience.
  • Must be very smart
  • Must have strong skills in writing, speaking.
  • Must be proficient in Ms Suit, and should be well acquainted with the use of a computer.
  • Preferably Female for gender balance
  • Age: 25-30years.

Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
