Job Position: Admin Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • Administrative officers provide administrative and clerical support to companies and organizations.
  • They answer telephone calls, schedule meetings, prepare reports, and file documents.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  2. Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  3. Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  4. Systematically filing important company documents.
  5. Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  6. Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
  7. Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  8. Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND, NCE or OND in relevant fields with 0 – 5 years work experience.

Remuneration
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
