Job Position: Admin Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Act as the point of contact for all employees.
  2. Provide administrative support to employees and managing their queries.
  3. Systematically filing important company documents.
  4. Documentation and Records of all purchases.
  5. Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  6. Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  7. Handle the general administration of work in the office.
  8. Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  9. Manages the fleet of vehicles and ensure availability at all times as needed.
  10. Manage the drivers, cleaners, dispatch riders and front desk officer and ensure that they perform optimally
  11. Ensure availability of office supplies & stationery.
  12. Liaise with vendors for regular repairs and timely routine maintenance.
  13. Any other function as may be assigned by the COO.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.
