Job Position: Admin Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Perform office administration and clerical duties.
  2. Operate telephone switchboard, answer and transfer calls
  3. Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees
  4. Draft, review and proofread office documents.
  5. Perform basic data entry when needed.
  6. Order and stock office supplies.
  7. Operate and maintain office machines including printers, copiers, and fax.
  8. Ensure in compliance with company rules and regulations.
  9. Notify Security Officer about unescorted guests and emergency situations.
  10. Assist in issuing guest passes and employee ID cards.
  11. Assist in making meeting room reservations and catering arrangements.
  12. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).

Salary Range
N30,000 – N50,000 / month.
