ZipahMary Resources – Our client, a Start-up Company located at Ajah, Lagos State, requires the services of suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Admin Officer / Office Manager

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the company’s general operations
  2. Oversee the daily running of the business
  3. Work with the MD to ensure smooth running of the business and accountability.
  4. Prepares proposals, quotation and invoices.
  5. Provide professional advice to the MD
  6. Work with other departments such as Marketing, Accounts and Supplies dept. to ensure success on every project.
  7. Ensure customers get their supplies promptly.
  8. Follow up on new and existing clients for strategic partnerships.
  9. Monitor and follow up on Sales,Supplies and payments.
  10. Any other related task as would be assigned by the MD.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Accountancy or Marketing.
  • Previous experience as an Admin. Officer/Office Manager is compulsory
  • 3 years working experience in a Start Up is compulsory.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great leadership,Coordinating,Entrepreneurial and Teamwork skills.
  • Great with details and calculations.
  • Ability to manage other staff is required.
  • Preferred residence: Ajah, Sangotedo, Igbefon, Ibeju-Lekki and environs.

Salary
N110,000 monthly.
