Job Description

  • We are an HR firm seeking a Smart Administrative Assistant to join our team. The preferred candidate should be a well-organized and detail oriented person that will support the team and ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handles all administrative requests and resolve all queries
  2. Run all errands and carries out administrative tasks
  3. Welcomes all visitors and applicants
  4. Creates good filing system, both electronic and physical
  5. Schedules and coordinates staff and all meeting
  6. Takes notes during meetings to compose minutes of meeting
  7. Keeps proper electronic files containing clients’ payment status
  8. Maintains proper inventory of company’s assets
  9. Manages all office supplies
  10. Manages company petty cash book and perform bookkeeping

Job Requirements

  1. OND in Accounting, Business Administration preferred (Diploma Holder)
  2. Minimum of one (1) year proven experience in administrative position
  3. Accounting knowledge is an added advantage
  4. Good attention to detail
  5. Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  6. Knowledge of MS Office Suite especially excel
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  8. Multitasking skills

Salary
N45,000 monthly.
