Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Experience in facility management to ensure the workspace is well-maintained, supplies are stocked, and equipment is functional.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and stock-taking procedures, with experience in using inventory software or Excel to track supplies and materials.
  • Ability to assist the Business Development Lead in client communications, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents or reports as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage administrative tasks, inventory records, and facility needs efficiently.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for inventory, Word, and PowerPoint) and experience with inventory management tools or software.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock-taking, inventory data, and tracking facility needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks related to facility maintenance, inventory, and administrative support.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to solving issues as they arise.
