George Houston Resources Limited – Our client, a leading Engineering Service Company in Ikeja, Lagos state, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Duties

  1. Answer and direct phone calls
  2. Organize and schedule appointments
  3. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  4. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  6. Develop and maintain a filing system
  7. Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  8. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  9. Maintain contact lists
  10. Book travel arrangements
  11. Submit and reconcile expense reports
  12. Provide general support to visitors
  13. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Job Requirements

  • HND / BSc in Business Admin, Office Tech, Economics or any other related courses.
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an Administrative Officer
  • Female
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Age: 25- 30 years
  • Candidates must reside in or around Ikeja and its environs.

Salary
N55,000 monthly.
