Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Jibowu, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  2. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
  4. Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, records, and documents.
  5. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  6. Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
  7. Perform data entry tasks as required.
  8. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  9. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of OND
  • 1-2 years proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Salary
N120,000 per month.
