Global HR Always is an HR Support firm carrying out HR functions for and on behalf of our clients. We are recruiting for our client, a major importer and distributor of frozen fish in West Africa.
Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Oregun – Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare global vehicle reports and servicing, and flag irregularities.
- Carry out an independent facility inspection and prepare a global facility inspection report.
- Write minutes of meetings.
- Collate and analyse other relevant reports and send them to his principal.
- Keep track of the company’s facilities across the branches.
- Maintains perpetual inventory records by gathering inventory data, completing required forms/logs, and entering, deleting, and correcting inventory.
- Global monitoring of driver’s licenses.
- Global monitoring of job completion.
- Global Monitoring of fire drill.
- Secretariat support for Know Your Policy sessions
- Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the Head of Administration.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of previous experience in a role.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Degree in any related discipline.
- An MBA and any related professional certification/membership will be an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to prepare spreadsheets.
- High leadership skills with an emphasis on teamwork and productivity.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
