Formed in 2014 to meet the gap that exists in access to quality, reliable, and well-stored medical consumables in the Nigerian market and across West Africa. With increasing disposable incomes and more physicians being able and willing to deliver cutting-edge care, it has become more important that the materials to provide such care are readily available.

Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage all customer needs for information, pricing and product requests.
  2. Responding to customer requests and enquiries via email, phone or in person
  3. Maintain Customer database using dedicated ERP software
  4. Delegate Delivery officer to make deliveries
  5. Make deliveries where delivery officer is not available

Documentation and Office Administration:

  1. Maintain all necessary online and offline documents and folders; Expenses, Purchases, Sales
  2. Compute monthly VAT  and LIRS filings
  3. Keep updated record of stock and assets inventory
  4. Maintain all stocks and Inventory in good condition
  5. Keep records of account receivables
  6. Maintain Creditor Information
  7. Administer all other important sales operation processes
  8. Alert management to any important actions/payments or interventions.
  9. Ensure back office is neat and tidy

IT Skills

  • Ability to use canvas for basic design
  • Knowledge of digital marketing

Competencies:

  1. Ability to communicate clearly and correctly in English both oral and written
  2. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with team members various stakeholders
  3. Strong competence in Microsoft office tools; word, excel and email
  4. Ability to use ERP software correctly after initial training
  5. Well-organized and able to keep good official and personal records both online and offline
  6. Ability to keep accounts and accurate books (book keeping)
  7. Ability to be innovative and solve day to day problems
