Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Abuja

Job Responsibilities

  1. Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  2. Controlling activities like waste disposal, building security, etc.
  3. Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
  4. Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
  5. Dealing with emergencies as they arise
  6. Helping with office relocations
  7. Ensuring employee and facility safety
  8. Drafting maintenance reports
  9. Maintain organize and order general office supplies
  10. Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  11. Providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Facilities Management, or its equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant experience
