Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Life Camp, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Keep track of students’ educational progress and performance.
  2. Assist in running the school in an effective manner.
  3. Monitor student fee dues and attendance.
  4. Maintain databases relating to pupils and their academic progress.
  5. Organize and control inventory controls of educational material, tools and kits.
  6. Assist in organizing all school events.
  7. Assist teachers and staff in providing quality learning experiences for students.
  8. Communicate students’ educational performance to their parents.
  9. Initiate and implement safety procedures in school premises.
  10. Ensure compliance of school guidelines, principles, laws and rules.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / Master’s Degree / NCE / OND / BA / BEd qualification with 1 – 5 years work experience.
