Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Location : Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Correspondence with clients and tutors. Manage communications including emails and phone calls.
  • Answer inquiries in a professional manner and take detailed messages.
  • Data entry & management.
  • Monitor Online Classes.
  • Post content on social media pages and blog.
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments & management staff.
  • General office duties as assigned.

Job Requirements 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, organized and result oriented.
  • Exceptional customer service skills over the phone and in person.
  • Able to work in a team environment or on your own with limited supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills , Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong administrative and problem – solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar will be an added advantage.
  • Post Secondary Qualification (HND/BSc.)

Expected Start Date : September 5th 2022.
