Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering phones, and handling emails.
  2. Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the company.
  3. Prepare real estate documents, contracts, and presentations.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
  5. Assist with marketing initiatives and social media content creation

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or related role.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
