Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, document preparation, and office management.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone inquiries, and client communications, with professionalism.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Support team projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives as needed.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Welcome visitors, answer phones, and perform other general office duties.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Should know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of investment management concepts is an added advantage.
- Smart, confident male candidates are preferred.
- Willing to resume immediately.
Salary
N150,000 / Month.
