Job Description
- We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
- The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
- This individual will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and files.
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for staff when necessary.Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and assist in the organization of meetings and events.
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
- Organize and manage physical and electronic documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
- Assist in tracking and managing departmental budgets.
- Generate and compile reports as required by management.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration or any real fields.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
