Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Kaduna

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for providing Administrative support for the branch office
  2. Organising company records
  3. Overseeing the branch budget
  4. Maintaining inventory of office supplies and stocks
  5. Answer phone calls, responding to queries and replying to emails
  6. Schedule meetings and support visitors
  7. Administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying bonding, scanning e.t.c
  8. Prepare regular reports
  9. Scheduling appointments with customers
  10. Generate sales leads.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc in Business Administration or any related course
  2. Excellent organisational skills
  3. Ability to multitask
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  5. Ability to manage time and adapt
  6. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  7. Preferably Female, and must not be above 30 years of age.
