Job Summary

1. The Administrative Officer for CNG Station plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of compressed natural gas stations.
2. This position is responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting station staff, and coordinating activities related to the efficient functioning of CNG stations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in the management and operational support for CNG stations
2. Oversee daily administrative functions at the station
3. Maintain accurate records for CNG sales, inventory, and fuel usage
4. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for necessary supplies and maintenance
5. Prepare reports on station performance, inventory levels, and operational expenses
6. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
7. Assist in scheduling and training staff for effective operation
8. Address and resolve any operational issues that arise at the stations
9. Maintain effective communication with upper management and other departments

Job Requirements

1. BSc/BA in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the energy or transportation sector
3. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant software applications
4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Knowledge of safety and regulatory procedures in the CNG industry is preferred
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
