MacTay Consulting – Our client, a major actor in Kitchen design and general procurement, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Theseinclude but are not limited to:

  1. Ensure daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner
  2. Coordinates appointments and meetings, manage staff calendars and schedules
  3. Coordinates domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and rental reservations.
  4. Files and retrieves corporate records, documents, and reports
  5. Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by the management team
  6. Help prepare for meetings.
  7. Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  8. Create reports, using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  9. Reads and analyses incoming memos, submissions, and distributes them as needed.
  10. Open, sort, and distribute incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence
  11. Managing office supplies unrelated to the primary business.

Person Specification

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years prior experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership skills
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
  5. Ability to support both external and internal stakeholders
  6. Excellent communication skills
  7. Excellent organizational skills
  8. People Management skills
  9. Ability to Multitask
  10. Excellent Team player
  11. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  12. Time Management Skills.
