Job Position: Administrative Officer
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (On-site) Saturday – (Remote)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Officer to handle day-to-day operations across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing communication, logistics, and coordination for both in-house and external engagements.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond to emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
  2. Monitor staff deliverables and liaise with relevant team leads.
  3. Manage and schedule client bookings and follow up with prospective clients.
  4. Coordinate community engagement activities and assist with event planning.
  5. Manage blog updates, newsletters, and weekly Substack posts.
  6. Supervise housekeeping and security staff, ensuring high-quality standards.
  7. Handle customer support and manage feedback processes.
  8. Liaise with external vendors and contractors for events and facility maintenance.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  2. Strong communication and organisational skills.
  3. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools.
  4. Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  5. Must be female.
  6. Must be willing to resume within one week of the offer.
  7. Must be willing to commit for at least six months.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
