PathwayCare Educational Services is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Officer / Secretary

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer and direct phone calls
  2. Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and maintain contact lists
  3. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  5. Order office supplies
  6. Provide information by answering questions and requests
  7. Research and creates presentations
  8. Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  9. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  10. Covers the reception desk
  11. Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  12. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  13. Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
  14. Provide polite and professional communication.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification
  2. Candidate must be proficient with computer and search engine
  3. Preference will be given to candidates living around Ikeja and its environs

Working Hours:

  • Mondays – Fridays 8:30am – 5:30pm and Saturdays 10:00am – 2:00pm.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
