PathwayCare Educational Services is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Position: Administrative Officer / Secretary
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Research and creates presentations
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Covers the reception desk
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
- Provide polite and professional communication.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification
- Candidate must be proficient with computer and search engine
- Preference will be given to candidates living around Ikeja and its environs
Working Hours:
- Mondays – Fridays 8:30am – 5:30pm and Saturdays 10:00am – 2:00pm.
Salary
N50,000 monthly.
