Job Position: Administrative Officer
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Job Description
- Maintain various agreements, documents, forms, and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).
- Providing support to other departments and managers.
- Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments.
- Maintain cleanliness of office premise and equipment and manage office equipment.
- Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.
- Routinely re-order on office and departmental supplies.
- Gathering, migrating, storing, and distributing information within the company.
- Updating admin related information/data into the MIS.
- Providing telecommunication management.
- Assisting the IT team in taking a back-up of data/information as required.
- Record keeping of stationary and providing the same.
- Prepare expense report for employees with due input from employee.
- Complete expense reports after trip.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess minimum of B.Sc Degrees in Administration or any related field with 4+ years relevant work experience.
- Project management qualification is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, MSOffice).
- Excellent communication skills with dexterity in interfacing with officials across all levels.
- A keen eye for detail and Quality Focus.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
