- Job Position: Administrative Officer
- Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- A hotel around Chevron Lekki is in need of an Administrative Officer. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
- Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports, organizing company records, answering telephone calls, scheduling meetings, filing documents, managing inventory, invoicing and providing customer service.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- At least 2 years work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Must be female
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
Salary Range
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month
