Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external event

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management or other related fields.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Strong organizational skills
  4. Excellent dress sense
  5. Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  7. Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  8. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  9. Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  10. Comfortable handling confidential information.
  11. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  12. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  13. Ability to work confidentially and discreetly.

Salary
N130,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
