Job Position: Administrative Officer
Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Job Responsibilities
- Keeping records of files, invoices, receipts, waybills and any other form of documentation at the base.
- Stock keeping, issuance of stock and proper recording.
- Base Imprest management.
- Attendance keeping
- Responsibility for office appliances and equipment
- Sending regular reports to the HR Manager and Accountant.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or any related course.
- Specialization in Fleet Management and Supply Chain is an added advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience.
- Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Excellent record keeping skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively.
- Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Displays a high level of integrity.
- Preferably a female for gender balance.
- Candidate MUST leave in Sagamu, Please do not apply if you do not leave in Sagamu.
Salary Range
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month plus other benefits
