Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Responsibilities

  1. Keeping records of files, invoices, receipts, waybills and any other form of documentation at the base.
  2. Stock keeping, issuance of stock and proper recording.
  3. Base Imprest management.
  4. Attendance keeping
  5. Responsibility for office appliances and equipment
  6. Sending regular reports to the HR Manager and Accountant.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or any related course.
  2. Specialization in Fleet Management and Supply Chain is an added advantage.
  3. At least 2-3 years of working experience.
  4. Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

  1. Excellent record keeping skills.
  2. Critical thinking skills.
  3. Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively.
  4. Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
  5. Strong communication skills.
  6. Displays a high level of integrity.
  7. Preferably a female for gender balance.
  8. Candidate MUST leave in Sagamu, Please do not apply if you do not leave in Sagamu.

Salary Range
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month plus other benefits
