Job Position: Administrative Officer (Female)

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answering and redirecting the phone calls of drivers, technicians, and other employees.
  2. Keeping records of files, receipts, and any other form of documentation at the base.
  3. Scheduling meetings and overseeing daily maintenance tasks given by the maintenance supervisor.
  4. Accurate documentation of financial records from maintenance jobs.
  5. Maintaining and ordering office supplies. Keeping stock of parts and office items.
  6. Keeping attendance of the maintenance team.
  7. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or any related course.
  2. At least 1-3 years of working experience.
  3. Experience in logistics is an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

  1. Excellent record-keeping skills.
  2. Critical thinking skills.
  3. Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively.
  4. Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
  5. Strong communication skills.
  6. Displays a high level of integrity.
  7. Preferably a female for gender balance.

Salary 
N70,000 / month.
