Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
Office Administrators may perform the following tasks:

  1. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
  2. Interview job applicants
  3. Conduct orientation programmes for new employees
  4. Administer salaries and determine leave entitlements
  5. Be involved in staff training and development, preparation of job descriptions, staff assessments and promotions
  6. Prepare annual estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management
  7. Maintain management information systems (manual or computerised)
  8. Locate suitable business premises and negotiate reasonable leasing agreements
  9. Provide and maintain business premises and other facilities, including plant machinery and equipment
  10. Review and answer correspondence
  11. Provide secretarial or executive services for committees.
