Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries via mails
  2. Perform administrative tasks, including filing, Scanning and photocopying of necessary document.
  3. Receive all documents and items sent to the office from sub-offices and partners
  4. Monitoring office supplies and ensuring replacements.
  5. Maintain optimum confidentiality about office files/record
  6. Follow-up mails and items sent from the company and confirm they are being received by the intending receiver.
  7. Schedule meeting between the management and clients/Partners

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 1 – 3 years work experience.
  2. Good knowledge of Computer on MS-words, Excel, PowerPoint.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
