Job Position: Administrative Officer
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries via mails
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, Scanning and photocopying of necessary document.
- Receive all documents and items sent to the office from sub-offices and partners
- Monitoring office supplies and ensuring replacements.
- Maintain optimum confidentiality about office files/record
- Follow-up mails and items sent from the company and confirm they are being received by the intending receiver.
- Schedule meeting between the management and clients/Partners
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Good knowledge of Computer on MS-words, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
