Job Position: Agency Manager

Job Location: Chevron, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Agency manager to oversee our organisation ongoing operations and procedures and drive sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures/strengthen existing procedures
  2. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  3. Initiate and drive expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances , etc.)
  4. Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
  5. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
  6. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  7. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  8. Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

Job Requirements

  1. BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
  2. Experience in Sales and marketing
  3. Understanding of business functions and aspects of Digital Media.
  4. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  5. Working knowledge of Digital media.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  7. Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

Remuneration
Salary: N150,000 Monthly with other benefits.
