FairMoney is building the leading mobile bank for emerging markets. We started with a digital microcredit application on Android, and currently roll out additional financial services (current account, savings, debit card) while expanding the product to Western Africa and South-East Asia.

Job Position: Aggregator Manager

Job Location: Kano

Job Description

  1. Payforce by FairMoney empowers businesses to drive mass adoption of digital and financial services to the underserved populations in their communities.
  2. We are looking to hire an Aggregator Manager to join our Sales team.
  3. The successful hire is expected to take responsibility for managing and onboarding new Aggregators within assigned region.
  4. To do well in this role, you need a very fine eye for sales, good knowledge of people management, as well as having an existing network of aggregators.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Onboard aggregators who have a network of sub-agents
  2. Follow up with them to add new agents every month under them.
  3. Train them on onboarding and KYC process
  4. Train them on performance monitoring on our dashboards
  5. Monitor their performance for transactions and active terminals.
  6. Retrieve the POS terminals in case of non-performance.
  7. Timely resolution of issues, and complaints.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc in any discipline.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Ability to Work using Excel.
  4. A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in agency banking.
  5. Ability to self-motivate and manage self.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different characters.
