Job Position: Unit Manager/Agriculture Manager

Job Locations: Oshimil South, Ugheli  – Delta, Benin – Edo, Onitsha – Anambra, & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
As a Unit Manager working with Dansa Resources, you must be able to carry out the following duties:

  1. Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
  2. Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
  3. Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
  4. Assists in developing, implementing and making adjustments to patient care plans as needed
  5. Supervises, counsels, and provides discipline when necessary, to nurse staff to ensure the highest quality care possible
  6. Ensures their unit meets federal and state regulatory standards, as well as company policies and procedures
  7. Collaborates with the Director of Nursing, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians to plan and maintain resident care
  8. Completes admission and discharge assessments
  9. Oversees and audits changes made to care plans
  10. Delivers hands-on care and medicine distribution as needed
  11. Audits and completes charting, evaluations, medical forms, and other administrative tasks
  12. Identifies procedural problems and works with the Director of Nursing to resolve issues
  13. Evaluates, prioritizes and meets the care needs of each resident

And as for an Agriculture Manager, the following Duties / Description must be met in all orderliness:

  1. Forward planning
  2. Making policy decisions
  3. Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records
  4. Organising sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops and agricultural products
  5. Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records
  6. Recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers
  7. Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily
  8. Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards
  9. Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases
  10. Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets
  11. Organising maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery
  12. Advertising and marketing farm products or the work of the farmer.
