Job Position: Application and Database Management Support Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Identify and resolve all level one support issues on legacy application.
- Ensure a standard procedure to enhance scalability and performance of database architecture.
- Troubleshoot complex database issues.
- Providing Data analysis.
- Maintain database disaster recovery procedures to ensure continuous availability and speedy recovery.
- Supervise any installation, migration and upgrade of databases.
- Identify and resolve database issues related to performance and capacity.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of database.
- Support in Database maintenance.
- Manage relationship between IT and the End-users.
- Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor / HND Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
- 1-2 years of cognate experience.
- Knowledge of database technologies.
- Analytical skills
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking skill.
- Knowledge of contemporary hardware and software architecture.
