Job Position: Intern – Architect / Engineer / Builder
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

We are a growing real estate company seeking passionate and driven interns in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Technology to join our development team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial property projects, from planning to execution.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in site planning, measurement, and structural assessments
  2. Support architectural drawing, design revisions, and field supervision
  3. Participate in project documentation, budgeting, and client updates
  4. Collaborate with senior engineers, site managers, and contractors
  5. Research materials, building codes, and safety compliance

Requirements

  1. Undergraduate or recent graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Technology
  2. Strong interest in real estate development and property construction
  3. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or any architectural/design software
  4. Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed
  5. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
