Job Position: Area Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description 

  1. He or She has operational and financial responsibility for a defined region or territory.
  2. Their duties include providing training and development for staff, ensuring quality consistency across the region and increasing sales and profitability in their region.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Establishes and maintains sales relationships with major accounts/customers.
  2. Supervises a group of Business Development Team Leads.
  3. Coordinate the activities of the team in specific areas/locations to ensure set targets are met.
  4. In addition, manages and guides teams to execute the firm’s acquisition and retention strategies.

Job Requirements

  1. A University Degree / HND is preferred
  2. A minimum of seven years of related work experience.
  3. Knowledge of Pension/Asset & Investment Management and the Financial Services Industry at large.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member, including the ability to establish work priorities, meet determined deadlines and commitments, and achieve established goals and objectives.
