Job Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking a confident, dynamic, and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and drive business growth in Lagos.

The ideal candidate is bright, articulate, and comfortable handling client-facing presentations, negotiations, and closing high-value deals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in Lagos.
  2. Manage and grow existing client accounts while acquiring new customers.
  3. Conduct compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  4. Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives (where applicable).
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  6. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
  7. Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  8. Ensure excellent brand representation at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 4 – 6 years proven sales/business development experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or related industries.
  3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills with confidence in public speaking.
  4. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Highly driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced business environment.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
