Job Position: Area Sales Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new leaders within the geographical area to drive growth.
  • Actively engage in all field activities, including prospecting, training sessions, and events.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for independent Brand Partners, ensuring they meet objectives.
  • Organize and conduct regular meetings and training sessions for Brand Partners.
  • Coach and mentor Brand Partners during field activities to enhance their performance.
  • Track and analyze sales KPIs, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales or Customer Service role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other local languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital engagement.

Salary
N200,000 – N375,000 monthly.
