Job Position: Area Sales Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the designated area.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure consistent product availability and visibility.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
  4. Conduct regular market analysis and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  5. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor strategies and promotions according to market demands.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 – 3 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, particularly within the beverages sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area.

Salary
N120,000 per month.
