Job Position: Assets Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Maintain a comprehensive record of all company assets, including equipment, vehicles, machinery, and other tangible assets.
  2. Coordinate the acquisition and disposal of assets, ensuring that procurement aligns with the company’s needs and budget
  3. Monitor the depreciation of assets over time and ensure that assets are valued accurately on the company’s financial statements.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for the entire lifecycle of assets, including maintenance, repair, and replacement planning.
  5. Keep accurate records of all products, goods, and materials in stock, ensuring that levels are maintained within acceptable thresholds.
  6. Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  7. Conduct regular assessments of inventory levels and asset values, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
