Job Position: Assistant Branch Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily outlet activities
  2. Supervise and motivate staff to achieve branch performance targets
  3. Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently
  4. Ensure proper stock management and coordinate with the procurement and inventory team
  5. Monitor compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  6. Contribute to staff training, scheduling, and general store management

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in retail, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  5. Must be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
