Job Position: Assistant Manager, HR (Talent Management)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Performance Management / Goal setting for all employees
  2. Identification of Training Needs
  3. Prepare annual training Plan, training Calendar & conducting Training.
  4. Post Training Feedback Reviews
  5. Identify high Performers and critical roles in the organization and Develop retention plan for them
  6. Identify and Maintain a list of high performers and Critical roles
  7. Drive performance / KPIs review
  8. Supervise and Ensure an Effective Induction Plan
  9. Identify Exits reasons and prepare a retention plan
  10. Organogram review and updates.
