Job Location: Igbogbo, Ikorodu – Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to hire a responsible Assistant Manager to help organize and run our retail stores and assist the Business Manager occasionally or as directed.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payment)
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Ensuring product quality and availability
- Organizing employee schedule
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Delegating tasks to employees
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
- Research emerging products and use information to update the store
- Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines
Job Requirements
- BSc. / HND in Business Management or any related field
- Proven experience as Assistant Manager or similar position
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Interpersonal and good communication skills
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Familiar with customer service principles
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary
N100,000 / month.
