Job Position: Assistant Marketing Manager
Location: Ojodu, Lagos
Job Summary
Be the driving force behind marketing at Key Retail Group as our Assistant Marketing Manager. You’ll be central to shaping and elevating our brand on Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, and Meta Shops (Facebook & Instagram), fusing strategic vision with hands-on action to drive our growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-platform marketing strategies to build brand presence and boost sales.
- Lead the creation and execution of dynamic digital campaigns across social, paid, and owned channels.
- Coordinate closely with product, content, and creative teams to deliver unified marketing initiatives.
- Optimise SEO and manage PPC campaigns to increase visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Monitor and analyse marketing metrics, campaign results, and trends to inform decisions.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities, aligning them with the company’s business objectives.
- Engage with and grow our online community, managing all major social media accounts.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in marketing or any other related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with e-commerce brands (Amazon FBA/TikTok/Meta Shops experience is a significant plus).
- Solid understanding of PPC advertising and paid social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts and content calendars.
- Skilled in using ad platforms (Amazon, Meta, TikTok) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Brand Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write blogs, product copy, and engaging posts.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Creativity and initiative in suggesting and implementing marketing ideas.
- Ability to multitask and manage various projects in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
