Job Description

  1. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ATM Card Operations Specialist to join our team in the financial industry.
  2. As an ATM Card Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in conducting competitor analysis, gathering user insights through interviews and research, and overseeing card issuance operations to ensure our organization remains competitive and customer-centric

Job Responsibilities

  1. Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors within the financial industry.
  2. Identify their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to provide valuable insights that inform our business strategy.
  3. Your ability to dissect the competitive landscape will be instrumental in guiding our decisions.

User Interviews and Research:

  1. Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  2. Utilize this information to improve our products and services, ensuring that they meet and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Your insights will drive innovation and customer satisfaction.

Card Issuance Operations:

  1. Take charge of the card issuance process, ensuring its smooth operation. This includes overseeing card production, activation, and timely delivery to customers.
  2. Collaborate closely with relevant departments to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
  3. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be critical in this aspect of the role.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. This educational foundation will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
  2. Competitor Analysis Experience: Proven experience in conducting competitor analysis and market research is essential. Your ability to gather and analyze data on competitors will be pivotal in shaping our strategy.
  3. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for conducting user interviews and gathering insights effectively. Your ability to engage with customers and stakeholders will be key to your success.
  4. Knowledge of Card Issuance: While not mandatory, prior knowledge of card issuance processes and industry regulations is preferred. It will help you quickly adapt to the specific demands of this role.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and good copywriting skills are a plus. These tools will aid you in effectively presenting your findings and collaborating with the team.
