Job Position: Audit Associate

Job Location: Enugu

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute risk-based internal audits in accordance with established audit methodologies and standards.
  2. Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements, operational processes, and internal controls to assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and potential areas of risk exposure through thorough analysis and testing.
  4. Develop audit programs, work papers, and reports that clearly communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations to management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in internal auditing, risk management, or related fields, preferably in a reputable audit firm or corporate environment.
  3. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience as a chartered accountant.
