Job Position: B2B Content & Marketing Support Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  1. We are looking for a creative and highly organized B2B Content & Marketing Support Executive to develop and execute compelling content that strengthens our brand presence across the corporate meals and event catering space.
  2. This role will support demand generation, client engagement, and sales enablement by creating tailored marketing materials, presentations, digital assets, and campaign content that speak directly to decision-makers, procurement.

Job Descriptions
Content Creation & Sales Collateral:

  1. Write and design B2B-focused sales decks, capability brochures, corporate meal plans, and event catering proposals.
  2. Create email templates, client onboarding kits, and branded menus tailored to different client segments (e.g., law firms, tech companies, schools).
  3. Develop clear, persuasive messaging for service offerings, emphasising convenience, reliability, quality, and value.

Digital & Social Media Support:

  1. Collaborate on LinkedIn campaigns targeting corporate clients, event planners, and institutional buyers.
  2. Schedule and post content across platforms to build credibility and top-of-mind awareness in B2B channels.
  3. Assist in managing website content (especially B2B landing pages, testimonials, and lead capture forms).

Event & Campaign Coordination:

  1. Support the planning and promotion of food tastings, client appreciation events, and industry expos.
  2. Help prepare branded items and media kits for business development engagements.
  3. Track campaign performance metrics and report on engagement and lead quality.

Client-Facing Brand Consistency:

  1. Ensure all client-facing documents reflect the company’s tone, branding, and positioning standards.
  2. Maintain a centralised repository of approved B2B materials for use by sales and account teams.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
  6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed.
  8. Experience working with corporate catering, bulk meal services, or institutional food supply.
  9. Existing network of contacts in the corporate, healthcare, or educational sectors.
  10. Understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards.
