Job Position: B2B Sales Manager

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Rivers

Job Description

  • Our company is looking for a B2B Sales Manager who will sell our wide range of Power Products to businesses, from our UPS Systems to our Solar Power products, and more.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals and have a good network of clients in the industry. This candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating key client relationships.
  • We are looking for qualified candidates in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generating Leads for Power Solutions
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans to target specific industries.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing B2B clients.
  • Lead the identification of new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand the company’s presence.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations on company power solutions tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree or its equivalent in any science, or social science field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • B2B Sales Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.

Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
  • Great networking skills
  • Technical Know-How
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and MS Office Suite.
