Job Description
- Our client is seeking an experienced Back-End Engineer skilled in NET technology.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing functional programs that meet high-quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that systems, software, and applications delivered to customers and project teams are developed to meet quality standards, delivered on schedule, and aligned with company standards.
- Ensure all systems, software, and applications are thoroughly tested, documented, and approved for release.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and address them promptly.
- Respond to user-reported errors in a timely manner.
- Report on metrics related to system usage and performance.
- Coordinate data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Regularly collaborate with IT project managers and database programmers.
- Work closely with team members to determine best practices and software requirements.
- Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds company needs.
- Maintain software professionally, including regular updates to address customer and company needs.
- Troubleshoot coding issues quickly and efficiently to maintain productivity.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve software processes and interactions.
- Support and coach other team members to ensure proficiency in using software applications.
- Collaborate with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
- Write clean, efficient code based on specifications.
- Integrate software components and third-party programs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by top management.
