Job Description

  • We are currently recruiting to fill the position of BI Analyst for the software testing unit, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

Job Responsibilities
You are responsible for the following:

  • To transform raw business data into meaningful insights, facilitating informed decision-making within the organization. IF involves the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data to support strategic planning and operational improvements.

Job Requirements

  1. Experience working in a medium sized organization.
  2. Experience in information and communication technology (ICT) preferably in Telecommunications, Banking, FMCG or an
  3. ICT-related industry.
  4. Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
  5. Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making
  6. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to create a consolidated and reliable data warehouse.
  7. Maintain and optimize data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  8. Work closely with business leaders and departments to understand data requirements and deliver relevant insights.
  9. Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the performance of BI solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  11. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations.
  12. Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive business information.
  13. Stakeholder Engagement
  14. Certification is any of the followings would be an added advantage; ISTQB Test Foundation, SCRUM, Agile, PMP, ITIL Foundation, etc.

Job Levels
This role has 4 different levels:

  1. Junior  – Maximum of 2 years
  2. Intermediate – 2 to 4 years’ experience
  3. Senior  –  4 to 6 years
  4. Expert – Minimum of 6 years’ experience.
